Die Supreme Body & Beach confirms its status as the most important platform for underwear, lingerie and swimwear. Strong frequency, new impulses, creative brand presentation and intensive discussions make it clear: For many, this trade fair is not just an order date, but a genuine industry experience with relevance and appeal beyond the DACH borders.
From July 20 to 22, 2025 It proved Supreme Body & Beach at MTC world of fashion/House 1 in Munich once again as the heart of the industry. From the outset, the entire area was extremely busy, with high frequency, lively ordering and high energy throughout all days of the event.
Retailers of various formats, agencies and brand managers unanimously praised the platform as the most important ordering and communication platform not only in the DACH region, but increasingly also at European level. ”Supreme Body & Beach is the indispensable tool for us to present collections in a contemporary way and to set new impulses“, was heard several times.
IMPULSES FOR A DYNAMIC INDUSTRY
The high quality of visitors was reflected not only in targeted order processes, but also in a specific interest in market change. Many exhibitors would like individual retailers to make even more use of the opportunity to discover new labels and further develop their own product range presence. Because anyone who wants to position themselves in a future-oriented manner cannot rely exclusively on long-standing partnerships, but must reinvent their portfolio every time.
PERFORMANCE, ENCOUNTER & EMOTION
The flash mobs, which take place several times a day, were newly introduced and received extremely positively: Female and male models created visibility, atmosphere and interaction with spontaneous choreographies in the middle of the area. Brands such as Passionata, Lise Charmel, Flavia Valentini, Armani, Carl Ross, Brakini, and Denario agency used this new format to present themselves creatively and in a contemporary way.
Another highlight was that Supreme Body & Beach Get-together on Monday evening, which is appreciated as a fixed industry meeting. Manufacturers, agencies and retailers took the opportunity to exchange ideas and deepen contacts in a relaxed atmosphere.
CROSS-SELLING AS A TOPIC OF THE FUTURE
A topic that is becoming increasingly relevant: The interaction between laundry and DOB. Cross-selling potential, such as between transparent clothing and matching lingerie (lingerie/dessus) or between transparent linen fashion and skin-colored underwear, offer a lot of potential for new space and consulting concepts for DOB and laundry retailers. A growth engine — a tender little plant that needs to be considered.
As Sabine Spieler (Creative Advisor & Fashion Journalist) recently explained about Supreme Women&Men in Düsseldorf: Anyone selling the 'new' airy and transparent linen pants should also think about the right underwear.
Die Supreme Body & Beach has also shown that future sales potential can also be increasingly tapped in the lounge and leisurewear sectors.
